Bored and excited

I will be moving soon I think. I got a call this week from a man in Hampton who has a house for rent at $375 a month. If it is not falling down around my ears when I go to visit next week, I think I may take him up on it. He is not requiring deposit, he takes care of the lawn and snow removal but does not pay utilities, which usually will come out to about $135 a month. All things considered, I think this is the best choice even if the apartments pay utilities. I WILL HAVE A HOUSE!!1

I work a lot these days, so if anyone wants to venture to Guttenberg or wants me to venture their way, let me know. I will buy booze and come and drink it with you. That is how I roll.
